Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Track your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders, or by using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@eshopping-demo.com.

Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
