We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return items and receive a prompt refund or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Perishable goods and consumable health products once opened
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account and navigate to My Orders. Find the relevant order and select Request Return.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. Add any optional comments to help our team process your return quickly.
  3. Print your return label. A prepaid or pre-addressed return shipping label will be generated. Download and print it, then attach it to your parcel.
  4. Pack your items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  5. Drop off your parcel at any authorised carrier location shown on your return label. Keep your proof of postage receipt.
  6. Track your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we'll process your refund immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free collection, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

Because we ship packaging materials, transit damage is rare — but if a parcel does arrive crushed or torn, a quick photo helps us resolve it fast and improve how we pack future orders.
