We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return items and receive a prompt refund or exchange.

- Digital products and downloadable software
- Perishable goods and consumable health products once opened
- Customised or personalised items
- Hazardous materials
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and navigate to My Orders. Find the relevant order and select Request Return.
- Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. Add any optional comments to help our team process your return quickly.
- Print your return label. A prepaid or pre-addressed return shipping label will be generated. Download and print it, then attach it to your parcel.
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
- Drop off your parcel at any authorised carrier location shown on your return label. Keep your proof of postage receipt.
- Track your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we'll process your refund immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free collection, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Because we ship packaging materials, transit damage is rare — but if a parcel does arrive crushed or torn, a quick photo helps us resolve it fast and improve how we pack future orders.
